det poisonous curse

I experienced a poisonous curse attack last night. The last one I had was in Dec 2006. This time when it happened I feel like I'm inside a woofer, where all the curses come towards me repeatedly in d frequency det's enough to kill me slowly.

According to those poisonous curse, Im useless. I kacang lupa kulit, arrogant, show no respect, etc. Those r the main points det i can remember. All these being replayed repeatedly in my mind. no mood at work tdy. But can still handle things.

Thank God My heart can still afford to all these and No Propranolol, my best fren when under intense horror is needed.

I think.... think it's wise to stay away. Maintain the current nature but at a diff environment. What may happen is possibly World ar like dis again n again, which I don think i can handle them.

That way, at least I don owe u so much. M i rite?

Which to choose?? Work or Play?

I'm in dilemma again! I plan my Spore trip since last year. Just 1 month + b4 I can realise my plan, J told me about this year gathering falling on the same day s my trip... What should I do? Shall I go Spore or stay in Penang? aiks.... hard to choose.... Spore sale is on! This work gathering is not sth 2 missed!! Which is more important? Work or play? If i choose work, I will stay in Penang following the programme J& Co arranged 4us, meeting old mates whom I only meet once a year n that will help in my career. If i choose play, then i will miss the chance to talk to all those old mate who have many years experience. I will miss Spore sale that only happen once a year. How how??

Think rationally , think i should choose work this time hor...... hmmm...... aiks.....
Why m i given only 1 choice?? :(

The Story of Butterfly

Some1 enlightened me with this story of butterfly which tells that in life there are challenges out there to make us stronger. It says,

Sometimes, struggles are exactly what we need in our life.
If God allowed us to go through our life without any obstacles, it would cripple us. We would not be as strong as we could have been. Never been able to fly.

A day ago, another friend of mine sent a presentation of the story of a professor telling students about holding a glass of water over a period of time. It says,

Life's problems are something like this.
Hold it for a few minutes in your head & they seem OK.
Think of them for a long time & they begin to ache.
Hold it even longer & they begin to paralyze you. You will not be able to do anything.

It's important to think of the challenges or problems in your life,
but EVEN MORE IMPORTANT is to ‘PUT THEM DOWN' at the end of every day before You go to sleep.
That way, you are not stressed, you wake up every day fresh &strong & can handle any issue, any challenge that comes your way!

So this is what I get after spending a long period of time soaking myself in my own space that is full of problems, uncertainties in life, dilemmas, frustration, anger, everything with no channel for me to vent out everything that I want to say. I lost my sense of direction!!!

I somehow ended up being at the climax of all frust last Friday. Dono why it happened. Dono why it happened at this time. I reach home within 20minutes from Seberang Jaya, which usually takes at least 30minutes for me, without realising that until my friend told me the next day. What happened to me? I'm too stressed out!!! So sorry to my daughter. I turn the volume in the car very high, n drive very fast ( I drive at only 100km/h!! unless if I'm not aware but i don't think i drive faster than that unless im overtaking) Din feel any better after I reach home. Things become worse the following day. Can't even smile. I think I look terrible.

What is my problem? I think, this happened because One problem haven't been solved and another problem comes. Problems pile up until I dono which is the causative problem that troubled me. I don even know where to start, so that I can return to normal.

A friend of mine whom I think was straight forward when he talk to me the other day said "What happened to you? I know you are not happy. I know. You look miserable" What a reminder! I didn't know that i gave such an impression to people. Well, pointless to argue over it since I really am not happy n miserable. Thanks to him for waking me up from running away from the reality.

When I was small, exam period is my problem. I start to envy those working adult. PMR and SPM were once my major problem. Studying for my degree is another big problem. Today, my problem is a REAL problem and all the previous problem that I had is not a problem. They are all so tiny little things. I realised that as we grow up, we are wellcomed by all sorts of problems of higher standard. Problems that we have are becomign harder to solve, making life miserable if one kenot handle it properly, like me, now.

I know I must not let myself rot just like that. I know but, I dono how..... My God! If only I know...... I dono how/where/who to tell. I dono where to start. Oh no Im so direction-less! Some1 tell me what to do?

Professional image

I remember back in uni life, our professor stress hard on the professional image that we should have. So, back then, new rule requires everyone to wear formal attire to lecture, and also to hang a long name card on us, we used to call it dog tag. I think this is a good start. Well, people always say, it's good to start from young isn't it?

Today, sitting at the designated table in the office, with the red colour license hanging at the wall, BNF, MIMS, order book, product chart etc on the shelf behind my table, that special calendar and planner courtesy of drug company on my table, do I give a professional image professional enough? Don't worry about formal attire, my eyes always see formal attire only. * That's why I stand half an hour in front of my wardrobe and still see no clothes to wear if I were to go out with friends*

How do I know how people think about my professional image? Let's see what people ask.....

They ask my boss/staff,

Who is she?
What she doing here?
She the boss ar? ohhh..... pharmacist.... I want to ask you hor....... bla bla bla....

They ask me,

You work here how long already? I thought you just graduated only. *baby face????!!! innocent look????*
You from SP?
You the pharmacist ar?
You the chemist?
You from where? USM ar? then they start to assume Im budak USM and start to talk about USM students... Who's who also in USM, this person, that person also USM one.. Urgghh....
You Chinese? *I strongly dislike this question!!!!!!!*

I don't really like people to examine my background, especially those who ask with intention. Why care where Im from, Where I stay? Chinese or Malay? I dislike those who walk in staring at me and continue staring for at least 1 minute b4 they open their mouth to ask for things they want. I feel very uncomfortable with that. Wanna dig their eyes out liao. Heee...

Ignorant vs Arrogant

Some people do not know who are they talking to when they talk to someone. Neither do they know who they are to talk like that.
Today, someone told me.. "You don't have to be so harsh to me. It is also not my duty to do this but I can do it for you."

I wish I can just say "If you think I'm harsh, you may either see my boss or just leave." I really must not be friendly, especially to this kind of people. If you are friendly, people will take advantage on you and your position with this kind of people will seems to be swopped.

For your information, this person talk things that is not seem to be the truth. One moment they say A=A, The next moment they say A=B and A=A never exist.

My mood is disturbed by this person today. I wish he do not ask for anything in the future if he see me again. I also wish to start a plan, not to waste time ANYMORE, on this people in the future. Not even entertaining. Maybe he is ignorant? or maybe I'm arrogant? or is it the other way round?

It doesn't matter. This person---->out of my sight! I am in my position.

Stay strong, Be strong.

Today is the 1st day of work after new year for most people. It's a busy day answering telephones from suppliers today. My mood? Still very good, and it's slightly better than yesterday =)

Chatted with some of them. It gave me some insight and encouragement. WC say nv know im that tough, and that i should keep it up. HG say think positive, release tension, life can still go on. (The planet still turns no matter what happens??)

Think about it.... aren't v supposed to stand up from where we fall instead of sitting there feeling so sad about the consequences after we fall.

I remember what Ms F said.... If you think it positively, it will happen positively. You just have to believe in yourself. I must thank Joseph for this. He gave me a chance to meet Ms F and unleash the outer layer of me which is fading.

Thank You!

Wound care

My job requires me to have knowledge in medicines, health and beauty. I also know about wound care, which agent is best for different types of wound. BUT, I'm a failure in treating any wound in the heart not even after so many wound I have got. Theoretically I might be good if the wound is not on me. I have had wound like that before. This is not recurrence but a new wound.

Is there a course of antibiotic for heart wound? that I just need to finish the course and be free of the causative pathogens.

Is there a good wound cleanser for heart wound? that can remove the pus and keep a clean wound.

What is the best cream/ointment/gel/solution to apply on the wound to promote healing? that would heal my wound fast and let me see myself with a smiling face again.

Mederma gel is the best selling product and very highly recommended for scar healing. Hirudoid? Cica care? n d one from Kyowa Hakko.. which one can i use for my heart wound? that will free me from looking at the scar again and think about the unhappy experience.

HOW? How to treat a heart wound. How to face a sad experience that hurts, BRAVELY. How to carry myself to face the person who hurts me but is unaware of that. innocent person? suddenly bcome bad people... I told myself,

that I must start a new life.
I must not inject any more hope or feeling in this matter.
At 12am 1 Jan 2007 at Old town kopitiam Auto City, I told myself: Forget about it. I must have a new life this new year.

I thought...

I thought togetherness is more important than money.
I thought I bring smiles to them though I don't have the ability to give the huge amount of cash to pay back to them.
I thought I'm a filial daughter.
I thought I am quite successful.
I thought it's a sacrifice worth to be made for the last 2 years working in SP.
I thought my thinking is mature enough at my age.
I thought it's okay.

Unfortunately on 23 December 2006, Whatever i thought is rubbish to him. The take home message for me is,

1. Cash is EVERYTHING. Money is EVERYTHING.
2. A leader, who can do ANYTHING, and that ANYTHING is a rule, is a dictator.

I drew a few conclusion,

1. I will do what I can do and am happy to do.
2. I will not give up what I want.
3. I will not take the half tablet just because of this ANYmore.
4. I will respect a leader, not a dictator.

A Special Trip to Cameron Highland

We wanted to visit Cameron Highland (CH) long time ago but do not have a same holiday. Finally we managed to plan for a 2D1N trip in fasting month, a week before Deepavali. There's some 'technical glitch' during the process though, we keep changing date and when we finally got it changed, off we go early in the morning on 15 Oct. We had our breakfast at Ipoh bofore meeting C's LENG CAI fren to drive up together.

Simpang Pulai route to CH is really a pleasant journey & you won't get motion sickness. Going in a group with nice music is another factor to make a pleasant journey. Our 1st stop before checking in is Rose Valley. Taken some photos of the flower. The whole area is not very well maintained. I believe if it is, it will be a really nice place to visit.
Generally the colour of the flowers at CH is very nice. After Rose Valley we took a short nap at our 4 rooms fully equipped apartment and start our journey to Strawberry farm.

Then cactus valley...

This is 猪 笼 草 . It captured me when I walk into cactus valley. very pretty !! =) It's better looking than the wild one I saw in Sabah. We tried to put something into it to see its reaction but nothing can be seen. Why ar? is that plant hibernating under such cooling temperature at Cameron?

You can find many different species of cactus here. round one, long one, with and without thorn, weird one... also flowers, strawberries, apples, tomatos!! (I love it!!)

CS knows very well how I wish to 'appreciate' the tomatos. Please find the evidence from the photo on you right. hehehe..... They're really big, juicy and most importantly, tempting for a tomato lover like me. I ended up getting the cherry tomatos home, which is so so yummy.

We did some shoping for cactus for our staffs,

friends, ourselves, and my boss. I wonder if there is certain location that we should not put cactus so as not to interfere with the good 'Feng Shui', eg on office table, in the room etc. If you know, leave a comment pls??)

We call it a day after having our main aim in Cameron------- Steamboat dinner at Mayflower restaurant. (Sounds familiar?? Aye, there's also a Mayflower further down Bleu Ginger at the end of Sauchiehall Street)

Temperature at CH goes down very fast after dawn and it really gives you a "I'm back at Glasgow" feel. =( this doesn't sounds positive I know but we did think about the time back then. As the chinese saying goes, "sweet+ sour+ bitter+ spicy" period in life all *floating* in our mind.................. Those are the nice and precious memory in life. No wonder people always say university life is the most unforgettable. A big Thank You to my parents who gave me the chance to be in it! ;)

Next day itinerary was Bharat tea plantation. We took our 'family photo' there too.

We went to the morning market after taking our roti canai, roti chocolate and murtabak brunch. It was already noon by the time we reach there. oops... ;) Yet, not every early birds get the worms ya... A strawberry stall owner wanna clear stock when we were there and we get very special offer on the fresh strawberries. The stall is ALL clear within 5 minutes. (Suddenly we become big customer), until we have to carry them back to our car first before we can buy other stuffs. We brought 1 big n 1 small ice box to keep the strawberries fresh. The owner even bring us to his stall at the very back of the market. Everything there are fresh and cheap!! We continue to be big customers for nearly half an hour before going back to our car with all hands full of goodies. We say goodbye to CH when we were done with our shopping. It's a short and relaxing trip for all of us. Guys and gals, give CH a chance if you are too bored to go to beaches AGAIN to revive your body!

A relaxing trip must not end just like that. We went to Ipoh to have yummy custard at the famous corner shop. I called my friend to find out the location, and we were actually right in front of it when I call again when I 'get lost'. hehe... pai seh...

Our next destination after Ipoh is again, our usual Karaoke session at the usual place at Butterworth. I experienced a special birthday treat 2006 too. I actually suspected something amiss when 2 of them missing at the early stage of our K session. Then, half way through our K session when I was soaked in my favourite song, I see this in our room.

What a surprise!! That's sweet =)

I drove home after a relaxing 2 days holiday, enjoying the journey home. It's another memorable day of the year. =) Thanks buddy!

Hometown and KL

This is what I always hear from friends...

"Ei come work in KL la.... still so young should come out from hometown and explore ma."

"I think this way lo. Previously I'm not like that. It's after I work in KL that I can be a better person. Even my parents also say I'm very mature already. Sometimes I even think better than my parents and they praise me for that."

"Aiyor people say a little bit you so happy already ar? Nowadays not every people is good people you know. Haii..."

"We still so young and you work in hometown. Not good you know. Hometown so ulu, things are not up to date."

and this is what I always hear from business associates...

"Miss Thai ar, I really don't understand. Can you tell me why do you come back and work in Malaysia? Why don't you work in UK?"

"So, when are you going to have your own pharmacy ar Miss Thai??"

"You got share in this pharmacy one ar?" (Some already assumed that I'm 1 of the shareholder in my current company.)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Is there a guideline for the working condition in hometown or Kuala Lumpur?
Do you have to work in KL in order to be a better person?
Is working in KL a passport to be a mature person?
What do you consider when you choose a job? Some say job details, some $$ factor, some entertainment factor, etc.
I think everybody has their own unique way of thinking and decision making. Every human brain is a copyright of the God. Everything has a solution and not everybody will pick the same route to achieve your aim. I will just laugh away if I were to receive comments as mentioned above. Where there is a will, there is a way. No matter where you are, you are able to achieve what you want in life, if you want to achieve it. n here I am, in small cute hometown- Sungai Petani slowly moulding myself into adulthood.

I feel good and happy when I get compliments from my clients @ customers @ business associate about my work. It gives me a job satisfaction after much hard work I've injected into my work. Seeing patients come in with pain and leave with smile certainly gives me the 'energy' to go further in my field. I shall again draw a rough plan to plan my future from now and use no excuse to avoid from focusing in future.

Future

I start to think.. (Actually I thought about it long time ago, it's just that it end up with no conclusion. Oopss!!) .....about my future. We must move forward in life, rite? We have to have a plan for ourself since we're not civil servant, no pension, nobody can feed us. Rite? We also cannot just think and take no action, else there won't be any change, rite??

Hmmm..... future... how I wish some1 can tell me what my future is so that I know how to get there. The fact that this is not the way it should be make me scratch head.. How do I see myself in the next 3 or 5 years? Very familiar question hor?? Those supervisor like to ask like this during interview!! I was asked like this when I went for Guardian interview 2 years ago.

I went for a few interview when I work in my current company. I almost change my job. I'm thankful today that I rejected that offer. I wish I can work in another country. I don't think further studies is a good choice for me. I wonder I am good in being a sales person since my patience is very limited. Industrial need experienced phct, Pharma company might be a good choice. Honestly, sometimes I really feel that I'm best in a condition like now, meeting customers and suppliers, advise, catch up with new guidelines. I enjoy work like that. Well I cannot avoid some ^$%& customers but then again, we cannot expect life is a bed of roses... Otherwise life can be dull and boring.

I always think that I'm still 'young' and there are a lot of things that I do not know, & I would like to explore. That is one obstruction to my 'dream' Probably I should rest early today, sit upright on my bed and think about it.

Introducing my month old daughter

I love driving. I enjoy travelling daily from my hometown Sungai Petani to Bukit Mertajam and Seberang Jaya to work. When I come back to work in hometown, I have only my faithful motorcycle that has gone through my secondary school life with me. Many attempts to raise my wish to get a car failed. Initially i fell in love with Chevy-- Be it Chevrolet Aveo, Optra or even the small cute Spark. Must be because I'm desperate to get a car already.

Then, upon reaching 2 years anniversary of me working as a pharmacist, I finally managed to get a brand new car. That is my daughter...... A Honda City i-dsi.

My City.. PGY 968

Side view...

You see, normal process for a person who wanna get a car is they go and survey what car they want, then they get help from the sales representative to process their booking, wait for the car to come, check the car, pay and bring home. For me, it's not that simple. The rep who deal with my car booking is not helpful. Waiting period of 2 months become 3 months. When the car arrived, it's inside the showroom, with both front window down n torn plastic seeat cover. I was puzzled.... The reason he gave is, '1- Any car that arrived do not belongs to the future owner until they receive the downpayment from the future owner. ( Then what is the use of waiting period le? Can always payy cash to get showroom car ma)

2- Because mine is the only maroon colour, they choose to put inside the showroom. (Good taste, yea??) AND,

3- All cars inside the showroom must have both front window down. ($%&*#)

Worse, to answer for the minor scratches and dirts on the car, he say he can bring the car to polish and wax then ask me to come and have a look again. (Haiii.... disappointed)

and so I decide to reject the car. Am i mean? Maybe, but I'm not a rich girl... Buying a car is a MAJOR thing 2me. I do not expect things like this to happen. I simply ask few people, including the bank officer who deals with car loan also they say this is not fair. I cannot be 'tidak-apa' when it comes to my daughter and my hard earned money :( heartache le...

I made another booking with another office and wait for another 2 months, this time the rep is introduced by a friend I know at my work place. Good and friendly service!

I have not remove the plastic seat cover in the car, only SLIGHTLY decorated it. Hang a hanging small cute snoopy JR N ES get 4me frm Hong Kong, a small pig, a snoopy head pillow, and the 2 snoopy tissue box behind. (As shown on the left)

Am still looking for nice car seat cushion. Those that I see are all the old fashion type and I'm not interested to put cartoon cushion cover, that's the problem.

Will upload more photos taken in the car. Do come back and visit my blog yor!!

The way of spending

I guess me is the only one who do not have a handphone when I was a student. I do not lead a rich girl lifestyle like some of my peers when I was a student until I finish my housemanship as a house pharmacist. (pre-registered pharmacist, some sort like pharmacist trainee) It's when I started working as a Pharmacist that I start to have my own income and be able to have my own financial plan. Spending is not the same like last time. I am still not rich but is more flexible when come to spending. I earn my $$ and spend my blood sweat $$. It all started with a mobile phone. A friend of mine encouraged me to "think out of the box"-- that Nokia is not the only mobile phone in the world. I used to use Nokia 3210 and 8250. 3210 retired because it gives problem; 8250 was stolen :( Both are original phone my sister pass to me. I was so sad when I realised 8250 gone missing. I was also very badly screwed that day.
4 months after 8250 was stolen, I bought my Sony Ericsson K508i. I was actually thinking to get a phone that fulfills my requirement and falls in the range of my tight budget. This means camera is not important because I don't like to take photo ever since I started working. MP3 is fancy but so long as there's the tone to tell me about incoming call etc then that's good enough. I discover the magic it can do for me when I bring it to my Sabah trip. Wow the under utilised phone suddenly become a magic to me. I managed to capture the moment immediately. Frequent update of MP3 make life more enjoyable. Video function enables me to capture the music fountain with my fav songs. n there's more!! It is simply a phone that has more to offer. The satisfaction that I get after much hardwork is important . I always believe we should reward ourselves. (That's where I spedn my $$.. aiks.... bad habit...)

My mobile phone- SE K508i

The phone has become my companion for 1 year & 9 months now. I thought to change my phone since about half a year ago and the feeling grows stronger when I know some1 who sells handphone. We talk about phone everytime we meet. Wanna get 1 that has more memory, higher megapixel and one with bluetooth. 1 thing for sure, thanks to the friend who lead me to think out of the box, I'm stuck with Sony Ericsson now and no longer fancy Nokia phone. Reason is because I find the many function in SE very useful and practical. Unless if there's something more to offer only I will conside other brand.

Back in action

Have not been blogging for monthssss... Reason 1- I have no idea where 2start. Reason 2- Lazy. Enjoy reading other people's blog though. What happened to me in the past few months is a special cocktail of frustration + confusion + happine ss + satisfaction + boredom etc..
I think I must find time to fill my blogs with more entries. People must not be selfish to only enjoy reading other people's blogs and leave own blog empty and dull.

Happily & finally achieved what I dreamt of when I was still schooling. How long m i gonna stay in dis comfort zone?
