Bz w ordering in early morning. Meet few supplier. Prep goods n ans Q frm Dr.. tdy no difficult customer. Hungry... n it rain heavily jz when i wanna out 4lunch. y?? stock came in. Just nice 4me 2stay back 4a while..

Problems come after lunch. 1 box of goods missing!! nvm... informed person in charged. will look into det matter. Customer called n wanna speak to 'the pharmacologist'. pardon?? okay.... new branch gave medicines, she wanna confirm d correct dosage n frequency. As me explaining halfway, found sth not rite.. how come brown colour susp turned into green color??? Suspect sth wrong, say call back d pt while me checking out what they gave. See, another typical example of, 'their problem is our problem, our problem is our problem'. hey!! think me so eng sit there nothing 2do izit?? Called them, give them watever particular they nit, n ask them to -sendiri kao tim- They give excuse say they don't have the stock det's y... haiii.... in fact, jz given 1 gallen a week ago. Don't tell me u finish all 4Liter in a week?????

Later in d afternoon.. boss came... gave me a suggestion... "i let u go back 2hrs earlier say abt twice a week, u represents me 2go 2 our branch. okay?? that way v can ease phct long working hrs." What can i say le? me seriously lack d skill of defending myself in boss punya 'suggestion' Last time abt my day off oso same case.

Come evening, still early.. suddenly thot of my stuff, n stop by d road, call det %#^* 2try take it by myself. Heard some horrible voice instead, n a pek chek "hallo!!" fine. keep d mouth shut is good 4both party. %#^* bz n outstation. Conclusion--hopeless.

Finally after work... Glued 2d screen as usual.. Found out a truth. Don't really know how to react over it. tell frankly lor..

Thankful 4d understanding. Aware of hurt i might cause. But me really lost confidence..n i treasure our frenship.
