Me remember CLEO mag few months ago stated when u hv more n more responsibilities in ur job det's a good news bcos det shows ur boss trust n hv confidence in u, BUT, i think,
not when u r 2b 'blamed' o 'questioned' when things gone wrong. 2d managers out there!!! Can't u guys make use of d precious organ God give us --> b_a_in!! Also, pls take note pointing fingers no longer work perfect now. Sometimes i feel like im working in multiple outlet + hold multiple positions everyday, but get paid 4 d work in only 1 outlet n 1 position.
1st, pleaase u do ur work b4 u start 2blame.
2nd, pleaase b creative, think of alternatives. There is so so much of variety!! it's not a 1-way street okay??!! If v can think of 1, y not u? d m*n*g*r
3rd, pleaase b fair n considerate. Hey im not sitting here doing nothing all day long okay? im practically doing my job, ur job, hers n their jobs!!!

Yea, sometimes I will feel I'm overworked and underpaid. So much responsibility and work to do and yet, not appreciated/noticed by the boss. But I guess, sometimes personal job satiafaction should also be taken into account? Cheer up, we workers are all in the same boat!
